By creating an account or using Worbi Clubs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service and accounts
Worbi Clubs provides sports-club operations tools. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully. A club is responsible for its authorized people and its instructions in the service.
2. Club roles and data
The club administrator controls members, roles, records, and settings. Each club is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, notices, and authorizations for the data it adds, including minors’ data. Worbi processes that data to provide the service and under the club’s instructions.
3. Minors and guardians
A parent or legal guardian must confirm their relationship through an authenticated account with a verified email before acting as a representative. For children under 13 in the United States, Worbi blocks the additional features covered by the consent flow until the guardian completes it. Read the parental notice. This workflow does not replace the legal assessment required of a club or guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You may not infringe rights, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access another person’s information. We may restrict access where use risks people, data, or the service.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Worbi Clubs subscriptions are billed per club through the applicable store. Price, term, and renewal are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store’s settings. Apple or Google handle charges, refunds, and cancellation under their terms; mandatory local law prevails.
6. Intellectual property
Worbi and its components are protected by intellectual-property rights. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms. You retain rights in content you or your club upload.
7. Availability and liability
We seek a secure, available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features for security, compliance, or improvement. To the extent permitted by law, Worbi is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely from club-entered data. Nothing limits rights that law does not allow us to limit.
8. Ending use and contact
You may stop using the service and request deletion under these instructions. We may end access for material breach or legal requirements. Contact support@worbi.app; privacy requests go to privacy@worbi.app.
