Delete account and data

You can request account deletion from the app or by email. We verify the request before acting to protect your account.

From the app

Sign in and use Profile > Account > Delete account. If you are requesting another privacy right, use Profile > Privacy and my data.

By email

Email privacy@worbi.app from the address associated with your account. Include your full name, account email, that you use Worbi Clubs, and the subject “Account deletion request”.

What happens

We revoke access and delete or irreversibly anonymize account data where applicable. We may retain minimal records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or audit purposes. A club may retain records it is required to keep as the controller. A parent or legal guardian may request access, correction, deletion, or consent revocation for a linked minor.

Timing

We respond within the period required by applicable law. If additional identity verification is needed, we will tell you what is required and why.
